Measuring Performance:

ReACT EKG lets you set up Benchmarks which allow you to set targets for Key Performance areas in your company.
Once you’ve set your Benchmarks, you can run the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) utility to see how your stores, employees, or departments performances compare to the measurements that you set.

ReACT Enterprise allows a near real-time view of your organization's sales, staffing, and customer traffic through the EKG (Enterprise Knowledge Grid) executive dashboard. The information is presented graphically, giving an overview of your organization's performance. This allows you to make critical and timely business based on current information.
