Live QOH Lookup on DSS
We’ve added another great feature for ReACT DSS. You are now able to check
live on-hand quantities right from within the DSS … you don’t have to log in to
ReACT Unix to check stock levels! This function makes ReACT DSS more powerful
and efficient. Please see examples below.
1. In the DSS, select SKU Lookup, then
select your list of SKU’s, and right-click on the specific SKU for which you
want to inquire stock levels. Select “View Live Qty”, and then “Qty-on-hand”.
2. A summary grid of all locations
quantities by size and color is displayed. Double-click on any specific
size/color cell to display quantities of that size/color by location.
3. Now you can see precisely where the
items are located.

E-mail DSS reports
Another useful tool that we have added is the ability to directly email your
report right from the preview window. Not only that, but also you can choose
from variety of different formats such as; (RTF) Rich Text Format, (HTML)
Hypertext Markup Language, (PDF) Portable Document Format, (Excel) Spreadsheet.
This is a very simple and efficient way for distributing important documents
throughout your organization, or even outside your organization (ex. emailing a
Purchase Order to your supplier!)..
1. Directly email report as a PDF
document.
2. Simply type in the recipient's email
address and send.

Visual Forecaster
Pulse Retail Systems' Visual Forecaster is a graphical tool to create retail
forecasts quickly and easily. You may load base sales information from any
spreadsheet - no other applications are required. You are also able to save your
forecasted values back to the original spreadsheet by year, store, department,
category and class. Typically, you would start with data from last year sales;
your sales trend (overall or by dept/cat/class/location) would be displayed in a
graph. This is a very powerful and useful visual tool that you can use to see
your retail performance.
