POSability for Windows: Customer-specific Price Levels

Did you know that you can define price levels for specific customers.

Ex. Regular customer = regular price;

  • Bronze-level customer gets Price2;
  • Silver-level customer gets Price 3;
  • Gold-level customer gets Price 4.

Steps:

1) In ReACT Classic, define price levels 1-5 for each SKU (note that there are utilities to do group updates to your SKU pricing; speak to your Pulse Retail Systems representative for additional information).

2) At the store POS; set up price groups - Manager menu / File

3) At the store POS; define the price group on the customer's record. Assign the POS Customer Pricing to match the price levels in ReACT Classic (above).

3) View detailed transactions affecting on account balances from the Customer <F2> tab.
