Allocations

Allocations allow you to create transfers to multiple stores in a single step. Allocations can be made from Purchase Orders, RCFs. QRCFs, ASNs (Advanced Shipping Notices), CSV’s (Excel) or Current SKU Quantities on-hand.

To create a new Allocation, click ‘Allocations’ on the left side menu. Then click <New>.

As the process for creating Allocations is the same for each source, this document will be reviewing PO’s. Select the store and the source of the new allocation and click <Continue>.

Next, enter the search criteria to find a PO that you would like to base an allocation on.

A list of Purchase Orders that met your criteria appear in a list. Double-click on the record that you want to use.

A list of allocations that have been created for the PO that you have selected appear in the list. If there is a current record, you can edit it by double-clicking on the row that you want to edit, or create a new record by clicking <New>.

Once you click <New>, this screen appears where you can select the stores to be included in the allocation.

Manual Allocations allow you to select the stores, and then assign the quantities of each SKU. Allocation Models are pre-defined criteria for allocating the SKUs. Once you’ve selected the stores to be included in the allocation, click <Continue>.

The quantities to be transferred to the different locations can now be entered.

An allocation is available to be recalled only once it has been marked as complete. Once it has been completed, it can no longer be edited in ReACT Enterprise.

Completed Allocations can be accessed from ReACT DSS. To access the Allocation Worksheet, click this button on the left side of the screen.

The first step is to choose a source for the new allocation sheet.

DSS Purchase Orders allows you to choose any Purchase Orders that are in your system. EKG Pre-entered Allocation allows you to select from allocations completed by Head Office staff that use ReACT EKG. (These may be for Purchase Orders or Distribution Centre (DC) back stock allocation.)

After you click EKG Pre-entered Allocation, the next step is to click Retrieve.

Enter any search criteria.

Select the Allocation from the list.

Make any changes to the allocation.

To create the transfers, click the Create Transfer button on the lower portion of the screen.

A confirmation message will appear.

The transfers can now be completed and printed.
